DJ Trubble
Troy (Trubble) Winduss – local Dj, was born and raised in Perth, Australia.
From an early age was captivated by a wide range of music, from Rock and Rap to Dance and Hip Hop - Trubble was influenced early on by artists like RUN DMC, Public Enemy, Pearl Jam, INXS, Poison, Then later by artists like Disturbed, Papa Roach, Daft Punk, and Does It Offend You Yeah, and MSTRKRFT to name but a few.
In 90's Trubble and his friends got their first set of turntables and within a few months they had started doing mixes, and eventually doing friends parties. Trubble got his first club break in late 2000, starting at the Taipan room, a hard rock/JJJ style venue and his neich was found. Staying there as a resident Dj along side Snap until it's closure in 2005.
Since then Trubble has worked in and around the industy, untill finding a permenent home back behind the decks at Black Betty's in 2007. Contuing to play the classics, Betty's has allowed him to broaden his set to include all genres from hip hop, indie electro, pop, dance and punk.
If asked to explain his favourite type of music, Trubble would say, ‘Any song that gets me moving or thinking, something that is attention grabbing, regardles of who does it or what style, if its good it's good.’

Wednesdays at Black Bettys were created with backpackers and starving students in mind and all our prices reflect the tight budget most of our patrons are on.

Performing LIVE on stage, Black Bettys brings you Side FX. Side FX cause chaos amongst the crowd with their fantastic sets of the hottest tunes.

Loud 'N' Live
Black Bettys is renowned for its HUGE Saturday nights, continue your weekly crawl with our awesome resident band REDSTAR taking to the stage at 10.30pm.
With a musical fix of new and old school, REDSTAR will pull you off the dance floor and onto the stage making it a live performance of your own.
Doors open at 9pm. Remember to get in early as queues are expected.
